Reviews and Ratings
The hotel offers excellent rooms, clean and comfortable with lovely views, but some minor dust concerns. The service was outstanding, especially with prompt responses to requests. The location is ideal for easy access to the town center and beautiful walks nearby. Dining options were varied and delicious. Overall, a standout choice in Tralee with impeccable service.
My stay at the hotel was a mixed bag. The rooms, despite being a bit cramped with a double, single, and camper bed, were surprisingly comfortable and spacious. However, the service was hit or miss, with delays in addressing maintenance issues and a disappointing bar service. The location was convenient for access to the town center and surrounding nature spots, but the presence of a wedding affected the overall ambiance. The dining experience stood out with delicious cooked-to-order meals, even though the mornings felt a bit chaotic. Overall, the value for money was decent considering the positive aspects outweighed the negatives.
The hotel offers beautifully finished and spotless rooms, with comfortable beds and excellent showers. However, room 309 should be avoided due to a possible noise issue from the adjoining door to room 307.
Staying at the hotel was a mixed experience. The rooms were tidy, clean, and comfortable, but the bar felt very basic. The sink didn't drain properly in my room, which was disappointing as the rest of the hotel was impressive and updated.
The hotel room was amazing - spacious and bright, although slightly dated. The service was a bit disorganized but overall helpful and friendly. The location was very good for access to the town center and nature walks. The dining experience was excellent, with both welcoming and efficient staff. The facilities were truly impressive.
I had a mixed experience at this hotel. It was lovely with a small but fully functional bathroom, and the staff went above and beyond to meet our needs. However, the noise from a wedding downstairs was a downside.
